Dr. Paul Amajor

Co-founder & Chief Business Strategist

Dr. Paul C. Amajor, MD, FACHE is a co-founder of RAURA and its Chief Business Strategist. He is a physician and healthcare management leader whose public work is in community and population health, health equity, and the systems that make care reachable.

He holds a Doctor of Medicine degree and a Master of Science in Health Systems Management, and he is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. In his public-health career he has served as a director at Healthfirst, a large not-for-profit health insurer in New York, with a focus on health equity, strategic initiatives, and community engagement.

He speaks and mentors on public-health entrepreneurship, including as a mentor and speaker with Firefly Innovations at the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health. He has appeared in academic and industry settings on leadership, supply chain, and population health, including programs associated with Rutgers Business School.

The Association of Nigerian Physicians in the Americas (ANPA) recognized him with its Game Changer award for work in youth empowerment and mental health. His public professional biography also describes philanthropy, public speaking, and a White House Lifetime Achievement Award; RAURA presents that honor as it appears in his public profile.

Outside clinical and insurance leadership he is known as a speaker and minister. He leads The Empowered Church, hosts The Leadership Mindset, and writes and speaks as a catalyst for people who want to build with discipline. He is based in the New York area and remains connected to Nigerian physician and diaspora networks.

At RAURA he applies that mix of medicine, operations, and strategy to Health Products and to how the company grows. The aim is not to turn the feed into a clinic. It is to let wellness tools, information, and care-related offerings live in the same trusted account people already use to post, follow, and chat.
